If you find yourself obsessed with Supernatural--which I am--this is a great piece of backstory, containing both entries about their life as well as collected bits of lore that ties in to a lot of the episodes as well as things that I kind of expect to see in future episodes. That is, if the Winchester boys manage to do anything other than fight Lucifer Morningstar in the next season.
